The films we make are usually commissioned by families, friends or individuals who wish to preserve irreplaceable memories for future generations. Although generally created for private use, these films meet all applicable broadcast standards because we make them.
After editing, copies of the films in digital formats are given to the commissioning party, who thereafter holds the copyright. Additionally, on request, the film or its soundtrack alone can be deposited for safe keeping with the subject’s local County Record Office, for use by researchers in the future.
